Brief
Six Pacific Place is a high-class office building located at 50 Queen’s Road East, Hong Kong with 24 office floors. It has been built to the highest SMART building and sustainability standards and has achieved the Platinum level on Wiredscore and Smartscore which represents that the highest level on digital connectivity and smart infrastructure are provided to tenant.

Design Approach and Implementation
Neuron team has been appointed to supply and implement the digital platform to enable BIM Asset Management (AM), big data analysis and, Artificial Intelligence (AI) model development for energy saving and predictive maintenance.
Under this project, Neuron Platform provides an open API to retrieve data from various building systems and IoT sensors, processes the data in a universal data platform and visualizes data in different application modules so as to deliver a single, centralized management platform to the Facility Management with data-driven advisory.
